Born and raised in a small Pacific Northwest logging town, Jesse started his commercial diving career in 1992 at the age of 19. Graduating from DIT, Divers Institute of Technology Seattle, I was hired by Island Underwater in the marine civil construction industry. Acquired an enormous amount of experience surface-supplied diving on dams, locks, bridges, tunnels, and pipelines around the country. In 1999, after resettling in the Pacific Northwest, Jesse and his wife Shilo founded Northwest Underwater Construction.
